Incognito (or Private window) is the best way to visit sites 'from scratch' - with no cookies or cache involved. By default, browsers don't let extensions and add-ons run in this mode, so you need to turn this on separately.
Google Chrome
Right-click , then click 'Manage extensions':
Scroll down for 'Allow in incognito' and turn the toggle on:
To enter the Incognito mode in Google Chrome, hit Ctrl+Shift+N.
Mozilla Firefox
Right-click , then click 'Manage Extension':
Scroll down for 'Run in Private Windows' and switch it to 'Allow':
To enter the Private Browsing mode in Firefox, hit Ctrl+Shift+P.
Opera
Right-click , then click 'Manage extension...':
Scroll down for 'Allow in incognito' and turn the toggle on:
To enter the Incognito mode in Opera, hit Ctrl+Shift+N.
Microsoft Edge
Right-click , then click 'Manage extensions':
Check 'Allow in InPrivate':
To enter the InPrivate mode in Edge, hit Ctrl+Shift+N.
