Did the payment get through?
Not all payments get through smoothly. Sometimes providers need extra time to verify the payment, sometimes it gets declined.
Once the payment gets through, you receive an email about this from the payment provider - Paddle, Google, or Apple. Look in Inbox and in Spam as well. If you see no such message, you may want to check if it's OK:

iTunes
Make sure Browsec sees your Premium status
Browsec in your desktop/laptop browser
Browsec on Android
Browsec on iOS
