Is your Browsec account active?
First, make sure you have created a Browsec account and activated it. After submitting a working email address into the form, you receive a message from Browsec titled 'Please complete your Browsec signup'. Click 'Complete Signup' to make your account active. Only an active Browsec account can sign in and receive the password reset message.
Type carefully
You must type the email address and the password exactly as they are. Passwords are case-sensitive, so if your password has capital letters, enter them just as you did when setting the password.
Forgot your password?
Still can't sign in, or forgot the password? No problem, just use the 'Forgot your password' option, enter your email address and click 'Send':
You will receive an automated message titled 'Your new Browsec password awaits'. If you see no message, please also look in Spam and Trash.
Click 'Reset Password', and it will get you to the password update page:
After that, you should be able to sign in to your Browsec account.

hi i purchased browsec vpn today, but not activated my account or can not login. When i try to sing in, i lost password nothing else
